The same power that rose Jesus from the grave also lives in us - Ephesians 1:20
Atlanta International Airport had a blackout these few days that temporarily crippled many connected cities and inconvenienced many travelers. The economic loss is yet to be seen from the mere three days of power outage at a vibrant airport.
Now if you live in Atlantic City, your home probably is powered by that same power plant that keeps the Atlanta airport running. When your home got a blackout, almost all activities are also halted by the interruption.
The same power that gives life to Atlanta International Airport also gives life to your home. In Ephesians 1:20, the same power that raised Christ from the Dead is the same, death-to-life, hopeless to hopeful, depraved to abundant, sinful to sinless -- transforming power that is in us. It's utterly capable to revolutionize us.
The question is, do we realize we can draw on that SAME power? Or do we shut it down, and send the crippling effect to the rest of our being?
